Maths Reflection
To readers,
Create a set if instructions for a Grade 4 Student learning to convert fractions for the first time.
Well what I know is while converting fractions 1 whole is kind of like what you want to get and basically converting fractions is like decimals! Every 25 percent is a quarter and 4 quarters is 1 whole. So fractions have a top number and a bottom number and the top one is called the numerator and the bottom is the denominator. Fractions are like eg. 27 out of 50. That’s a fraction but it is shown in a different way.
Why do I need this mathematical skill? I need this math skill because it helps me know what something is out of including scores, problems Etc.
When would I use it? I would use it when you get a score on a game or a match or a maths test etc.
Percentage Reflection
Percentage is something that’s out of 100(100%).
How can I use 10% & 50% to solve percentage problems? you can use them by taking the numbers away from 100.
What I understand best was taking 10% from a number eg. 10% from 37 is 3.7.
Today I want to learn more about taking percentages from money. And I also want to learn more about taking percentages with decimals that way I can learn about percentages and decimals at the same time!

Buddhism Reflection
Dear reader,
I have learnt a lot about religions in term 3 but the most fascinating one was Buddhism! Because it is an intresting story to hear because it’s all about how a boy named Siddhartha Gautama went from living in a palace with his father the king to living on dirt!
I used to think that Buddhism was just some indian people standing in front of a Buddhusm statue and pray for it but know I know that Buddhism is something special like Jesus because he walked on earth and instead of living a rich life he chose to live a poor life and because of that change he made he was gifted of being a Buddha.
And that is why I think Buddhism is a fascinating story of a rich boy to a poor boy!
I hope you have enjoyed reading my reflection on Buddhism and why I think it is fascinating!

Pepparzi Excursion
Dear readers,
It was a normal day I woke up and I was ready for school. But it was’nt like any normal day it was the day of the Pepparazzi excursion. I was so excited as I hopped on my bike. I started riding my bike fast because I was ready to get on that bus. So we arrived at fedaration square we ate our snack and the race began it was really fun and we had to run alot but eventually the day ended I just feel like this is’nt the only race there was for this school or for me because I was pumped and ready to do it again because it was a fun expiriance for everyone and me. Something that was halarious was when chloe hit the tram on bourke street when we were about to take a photo with a giant purse. Another halarious thing that happend was when me and Harrison were sprinting down china town and I littraly flew in the air for like 5 seconds. The task I found challenging was the one when you have to make a dog with a baloon also the one when you have to find a person with a dog and take a picture with the dog while holding the leesh. One of our teamwork jobs/goals were to finish the puzzle at QV. The second one was when we had to make a human pyrimad followed by making a human letter/B. We did achive them all because we had great team members who never gave up. We were a succecfull team because we did’nt wyne when we did’nt come first place and we did our best on every task we did on the day because our team members participated in every task at the pepparazzi excursion.
