Draft Percy Jackson
Sterio-Android DRAFT
I yorn as I wake up, what a beautiful day I think to myself. I run to my parents bedroom but they are not there they didn’t even make there bed. I go back to my bedroom and put on some shoes, without making a single sound. I slowly open my window and jump out of it very quickly.
“MUM, DAD where are you” I sob very loudly. I walk around Wilson street which is where I live knocking on all the doors but no one seems to be there it was like the humans that live on planet earth have disappeared. I felt hungry so I started walking to the milk bar which was around the corner of Burk
street until I saw a guy with a black hoody he looked a bit too old to be wearing a hoody but any way he was walking towards me. He was getting closer and closer but he would not let me see his face, he
finally got to me and he said “This is why you were born”. He also gave me a necklace and then vanished. I fell to my knees like I had seen a ghost or something. I noticed a green rock in the middle of the necklace it was also very shiny. I had a very big urge to touch it and so I did.
I saw why I was born and what my destiny I did not know my destiny would be that bright like literally. I vanished to the middle of nowhere I saw living breathing humans again before I did anything I looked for my mum and dad and I told them everything would be ok.
“Everybody stand aside” I shouted out loud to the people. I took a deep breath and then took off my gloves and with my bare hands I fulfilled my destiny I created the land water everything pretty much but there was one thing I had to change.
“You are now Sterio-Android Happy 14th Birthday” Cheered Poseidon.
Everything is perfect Zeus and Poseidon invited me to live in Olympus with them and I look down at my version of earth down under me everyday.
40 years later I turned into a living breathing man of steel literally I am no longer in human form I am literally an earthling now.
Look out villains because if you try to destroy earth you will have to get through me my name is Sterio- Android and I am the protector of earth or just call me Sterio-Android god of the Land!
Xbox Xbox Reading Responce
Explain what this poem is about- This poem is about a boy who loves his electronics mostly his Xbox.
Summarise the main idea of this poem- The main idea of this poem was the boy proposing to his Xbox. He really loved his Xbox and he felt that he wanted to marry it.
Give your opinion-My opinion is cool because he has alot of electronics. And it's also funny because he marry's his Xbox even though it's not a human like him.
What did you visualise- I visualised the boy playing on his Xbox and then eventually he paused the game and started looking through al his electronics and then he said Xbox, Xbox will you marry me.
What connections did you make with this poem- Well I don't have a really good connection but I do have heaps of electronics and i'd have to say my Xbox is my favourite.
What poetry features did this poet use- I realised this poet used Alliteration because he did use Xbox, Xbox a lot of times through out the poem.
What questions did you have after reading this poem- Well I had 1 question and it was why did he choose Xbox to marry the boy not the other electronics.
What do you think the message of this poem is- I think the message of this poem is that an Xbox is a very fun electronic to play on or with.
Mass
What do you now know about measuring mass? I now know that it is about weight and how heavy it is. And recording the measurements? well we had to do some working out but it wasn’t to hard.
How many peices of fruit/vegetables would I need to eat to meet the required daily intake mass? well you would have to eat 5 peices of fruit because you need the health thrue out the day so thats 5 fruits everyday.
My games of softball
Hi miss johnston this is My games of softball.
On Wednesday the grade 6’s did the inter school sports everyone had great fun including myself. My team tied to the lumen christi girls and then we lost to queen of peace girls.
The worst thing about it all was that we only played 2 games. While the lumen christi girls a team play more and the lumen christi boys a team got to play more and yes that does mean i was in the b team.
I know I know i felt like I was a bad player but still we got to watch a great game between the boys a team and point cook vs.
It was a shocking game and an interesting game i couldn’t even believe my eyes because it was truly a great game. But the a team unfortunately did loose it was shocking but they did show a lot of effort.

My goal setting
Hi miss johnston here is my goal setting for this term!
Goal 1 I would like to work on when it’s time to play and when it’s time for homework.
Goal 2 trying to wake up on time and going to sleep on time.
Goal 3 I’d like to work on my hand writting becouse it doesn’t look like a grade 6’s hand writting.
Goal 4 I want work on my math skill like x, division, subtraction and decimals and try to get the answer in a flash.
Goal 5 I really need to work more on my blog rather than playing games on the computer.
Goal 6 But my main goal is to get school done such as Reading, Maths, Homeroom, Literacy and Inquiry.
